Why is my email password not working?
Expiration: Passwords expire after 1 year. Reset at [webapp.psusd.us](psusd email login).
Locked Account: Too many incorrect attempts lock the account. Ensure new password is updated on all devices. Call ETIS to unlock: 760-992-3200 ext. 2

How do I view my PSUSD emails from a personal device?
Access [webapp.psusd.us](psusd email login) on your device's web browser.
Set up PSUSD email on most email apps using:
Server: webapp.psusd.us
Domain: PSUSD
Username: Your email address without @psusd.us -
Why can’t I sign into my district Google account?
It uses the same username/password as your email. Reset your email password if it doesn't work.
Google 2-Step Verification is required. Call IT helpdesk for assistance: 760-992-3200 ext. 2

Why isn't my district laptop connecting to PSUSD Wi-Fi?
Update your email password on your device:
- Connect your laptop to the wired network using an ethernet cable (usually blue).
- Restart your computer and sign in with your updated password.
- Try connecting to Wi-Fi again.

Can I connect a personal device to the PSUSD Wi-Fi?
Yes, use your district username (email address without @psusd.us) and password.

Can I install software or computer peripherals on district computers?
No, ETIS will not install personally acquired software or support personally acquired peripherals (except for simple USB devices).

How do I create a work order and check its status?
Go to [webhelpdesk.psusd.us](psusd helpdesk) on a district computer.
Sign in with your full email address and password.
Click "History" to see your work orders and any notes from technicians.

How do I get a new badge or report a lost/stolen one?
New badges (after July 15th, 2024): Mondays-Fridays, 9 AM-10 AM or 2 PM-4 PM at the ETIS office (no appointment needed).
Badge access issues: Email IDBADGE@psusd.us and CC your site principal.
Lost/stolen badge: Report to your site principal/supervisor. They will email IDBADGE@psusd.us.

What happens if my district devices are lost or stolen?
Report it to your site principal immediately.
File a police report and share it with your site admin.
Fill out an "Incident Report Loss/Damage to District Property Form" and share it with Shannon Murdica (smurdica@psusd.us).
