The Maintenance & Operations Department comprises 177 employees and processes over 12,500 work orders per year. The Grounds Department maintains approximately 450 acres of land. Maintenance and Custodial staff are responsible for the upkeep of 32 sites totaling over 2.6 million square feet, made up of:
