CYBHI: What it is & Why it Matters
California is expanding school-based mental health services for students up to age 25. Through a state initiative, schools and affiliated providers can be reimbursed by insurance companies for services like screenings, assessments, and ongoing support. This program will not increase costs for families (no co-pays, premiums, or deductibles) and will not affect their ability to receive outside care.
