Welcome to the Goods and Products Portal!
Vendors who will only be providing physical goods or products to our school sites can use a simplified packet to register with our district. As a norm, all packages and goods must be delivered to our centralized warehouse unless otherwise specified in writing by our Purchasing Team.
Please note: Registration with PSUSD does not guarantee purchases will be made. All vendors on record are used on an as-needed basis.

This form requests contact information and a brief overview of the company including any references.

This form is required for vendors who are new to PSUSD. This form must list a current address. All checks and correspondence will be sent to the address listed. Form must also be signed.

School Site Safety Certification
This form is required any time vendor staff will be on campus for a prolonged period of time, whether students are present or not. Vendors drop-shipping to the warehouse do not need to fill this out.

Acceptance of the District-issued purchase order signifies the vendor has read, understands, and accepts the District's Standard Terms & Conditions.
